Curridabat, the most populated city in the east of San Jose, is one of the sectors of more and better services in the country. The urban development of this place with high employment rates have made the mountains of the area the best and most colorful places to live, as they are the best visual of the city, with the possibility of just in 5 minute the escape to bustle and all local pollution. In this very privileged area is the Colinas de Montelegre condominium.
The project was made upon request for the enjoyment of family time. The owner with a family of 4 members didn’t want to miss the warmth and intimacy of each space with the possibility of generating a complete opening of the house to the terrace and having the possibility of opening the whole first level for family parties.
The design stands out for its purity and majesty, as well as the personalization of each space to suit each user.
The mixture of the skills of the architect Manrique Gil and the decorator Patricia Morales, turn that project into the meeting of two highly experienced professionals to build another nice presence house in the mountains of Curridabat.
