Francosta is a condominium in Ulloa de Heredia which has the privilege of being one of the most successful urban projects in the country, from the beginning of the construction to 90% of the lots sold in less than 4 years. With more than 400 houses of medium and large size it becomes a worthy and opportune city pole for a new architecture. In this new condominium Alianz tried to change the formula, and adapt its special condition of being on top of a large hill to take advantage of the potential of terraces and unevenness generated. The language used is a tectonic and pure, its natural materials of concrete and wood stand out to match a simple but striking design in its uniqueness of being a cozy house that simulates the emerging houses from California in the 50s.
